Terms of Service

By engaging Ivy League Consultant ("Company", "we", "us") for college admissions consulting services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide personalized college admissions consulting including essay coaching, application strategy, interview preparation, and related advisory services. Specific deliverables are outlined in your individual service agreement.

2. No Guarantee of Admission

While we work diligently to maximize your chances of admission, we cannot guarantee acceptance to any college or university. Admission decisions rest solely with the institutions.

3. Payment & Refunds

Fees are due as outlined in your service agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Returned checks or chargebacks are subject to a processing fee.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We may use anonymized, non-identifying information for marketing purposes (e.g., acceptance statistics) with your permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and content developed by Ivy League Consultant remain the intellectual property of the Company. Client essays and personal statements remain the property of the student.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in New York County.
